Assistance with making your vision come to life:

• Two 60-90 minute strategic planning sessions to brainstorm and outline your project plan

• Setup and maintenance of your project management tool, along with an SOP and how-to video

• Creation of a detailed project plan (including timeline, process, people and resources needed)

 

Freedom of your time:

• Team member management and task assignment

• Ensuring deadlines are being met

• Assistance sourcing new team members, as needed

• Creation of SOPs/outlined workflows and templates

• Setup of a reporting system and tracking of key metrics during the project to help determine progress or areas for improvement

• Serve as liaison between business owner and team members to help own your time

• Automation of recurring tasks 

 

Support and communication:

• Weekly team calls to check in on project progress 

• One 60-minute team kick-off call 

• One 60-minute team debrief call 

• Email/messaging and Voxer support,
during the project and for one month after project completion

 

This package does not include: 

• Operation and ongoing support of your systems, tools
